Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your ThreeAshop order. If something is not right you have 10 days from delivery to request a return.
10-day returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition and packaging, including the original box where one was supplied.
Human hair products
For hygiene reasons, human hair wigs, bundles, closures and frontals can only be returned unopened and uninstalled with the original ties and packaging intact.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the items you would like to return and we will send return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
